Yeah let alone the fact Mosley's never been stopped, and only downed by a tall fighter who could catch him at the end of his punches and neutralize his speed with timing. Also unless Cotto adds length to his arms and changes his style completely.......there's no denying who will have the upper hand when it comes to being able to outbox the other.

This is hands down, by far Cotto's biggest fight as a pro. And if he did in fact somehow knock Mosley out.......he'd have answered all questions asked about his power and ability to wear guys down (Which aren't many) and moves him to the Uber bracket of fighters in the sport. I'd say he's marginal top ten P4P right now as it is........but a knockout victory over Mosley would put him near or in the top five despite Mosley's age.

I see him being at a disadvantage in this fight (Cotto is) despite being younger and maybe having more overall life in his legs than Mosley.

Shane has the advantage in being able to take a punch, I think he hits harder with 1 single punch, He has the hand and footspeed advantage over Cotto (Despite Cotto's ability to cut off the ring, which he might be better at than anyone else in boxing), And He's fought a better level of opposition and has more ring experience. Both guys have heart so there's really no need to question one of them folding in a suspect manner.

Would Cotto want to cut the ring off is the question at hand. What if he is getting hit with that forward movement.??

He will be definitely be a proven fighter if he KO's Shane

Lol. Why here at boxingscene.com do we have people that think cotto has a bad chin? I can only assume you've never watched a cotto fight being that you said he gets rocked in every fight. Hes been tested in about 3 fights. Hes never been close to getting knocked out. And for the record Zab might have rocked him a bit, but Zab is a hard puncher so thats nothing to frown at.

Duran had a bad chin too because Hearns put him down? lol

Not many boxers go their whole career without meeting the canvas, so to say just because someone is rocked a couple times means they have a bad chin is idiotic.
