I think he was personally. He definitely did enough in the fight to get the decision, but he definitely almost got ko'd in my opinion. If you watch the whole 12th and final round, you'd see Kessler keep trying to clinch because he doesn't want to get ko'd. Here is a gif image when Kessler obviously is hurt.

I don't think he was hurt badly, most of those punches were partially blocked.

WTF? Yeh blocked by the front and side of his head. I have said it for a while. Mundine had kessler hurt in the twelth round. But he also had him hurt in the 10th. The thing is, Mundine lacked heart to finish him off. But ever since the Green and Soliman fight he has that heart. I can safely say if Mundine let it all hang loose, and went for broke in that fight, he would have won. Thats why i think he would win a rematch.

Also, Kessler was scared to get on the front foot often in this fight. A testament to Mundine. Its about time the world realise him for his boxing abilities and stop treating him like trash because hes not fighting in America. Also 8 months ago Mundines team offered Kessler an 80-20 split, and the fight to be in DANE land, Kessler rejected, that talks for itself.

So kessler is scared of mundine?? give me a break, he came to your lover's backyard and beat him clearly, the aussie crowd were screaming everytime mundine even came close to landing, which was very deceptive.

That was not a clear cut win. One of the judges scored it by 12 rounds which is totally fkd. He shouldn't even be a judge, hes in the worst blind category at the special olympics.

I have watched the fight three times in the last 4 days.

                Mundine won rounds 1,2,3,8,12

                Kessler won 4,5,6,7,9,10,11

And the 11th i could have called a Mundine round.

Who are you kidding it was a close fight. kesslers toughest to this day.

Yeh but this is my main point. Are you that illiterate to understand the concept. You were saying that Kessler wasn't scared of Mundine because he fought him in his own backyard. Obviously the first time, but the fight scared the **** out of him. Thats why he didn't take the fight this year with Mundine which would have made him a ****load more than he made this year bar the calzaghe fight.

Like i said in another thread, i scored it 117-111, the commentators were extremely biased with their scoring, and appears that you were aswell.

No. Kessler did not win the first three rounds. Nor the 8th and the 11th. Anyone can clarify this who watches the fight. Mundine landed better scoring shots in those rounds. easy
