I agree that Floyd is always immaculately trained.Floyd wil not "sacrafice his training". Dude gets up at 3 am to go running for no apparent reason, what's why he's so immaculately in shape for every fight. You look at the Zab fight, he weighed 146 ON FIGHT NIGHT, under the limit. The De La Hoya fight, he was 150 at the weigh in, and 148 on fight night.
He'll probably leave the stage and start running inbetween segments. Whether or not you like Floyd is one thing, but you have to agree that he will never sacrafice his training in any way. Even if this does affect it, Floyd will still be training more than the average fighter.
But I will ask you to consider if - at nearly 31 years old - all the extra demands are good for his legs. You said that he will be training more than the average fighter.... is there a risk that he leaves some of himself on the dance floor or in the gym?
Guys who have said that they would NOT be doing this: Hatton, Shane, Judah, Holyfield, etc.
I guess my point is that PBF has trained for about 40 professional fights. He knows his routine. How to get in shape. How to be sharp. Why throw in this massive wrench into something that has worked so well?
Why risk being either over or under-trained?Comment

I doubt seriously that dancing is going to affect Floyd's legs. Like him or not, he's in great shape and will be for the fight.Comment

Even if he didn't though, It's apparant that the pre fight excuses are already being generated by the faithful disciples of his majesty!Comment

It's not a question of wether he is gonna be in shape, he would be in shape just doing the dancing. It's about his focus going into major fight and it is obvious that he is not 100% focused on Hatton. I don't care what people try to say, if he was he wouldn't be doing this dumb ass show before a major fight. People will try and defend him, but ther is now way if he is doing both of these simultaneously that he is 100 % focused on the fight.Comment
