Zab Judah can only defeat Journeymen now

It's the only matches he has potential to win and doesn't even look that great beating them as of late. His last opponent and the one before Cotto. I say Zab is done as fighting with the elite and is now at the top level of a journeyman and can only hang with the journeymen. Time to quit I'd say.

i was excited before the zab cotto fight cos i still considered zab a good test, and he was. but i wouldnt even think of paying to see him fight now. he'd have to do some seriously thrilling **** to somebody really really good- and he's not going to get that opportunity again for awhile prolly, as he shouldnt.
zab got more 2nd chances than any fighter to keep making money and keep a reputation but blew it every time.

as best as i can see- carlos baldomir ruined zab judah and miguel cotto ended zab judah

You'd say time to quit at 29 because he has lost 5 times?

This is absurd... you don't think Judah could beat Margarito if he screwed his ****ing head on straight? He could outslick Margarito all night, because he is so much faster than him.

I don't think he can only beat journeymen now... he can still beat upcoming prospects... you know that it's time to hang them up when prospects start scheduling you as a stepping stone, and Judah is not there yet.

Judah will be fine. He needs a few more low level fights to get his confidence back on par and if he's able to do that he is still a force in his division. Beaten down or not he's still one of the most talented and skilled Welter's out there today with speed and power to spare.

A guy ranked number 5 in the best division in boxing can only beat journeymen? Huh... I never though of it like that.

IMO, the Cotto loss was his best loss ever (I know that sounds ******). But it actually gave him the confidence he needed to know that he can tough it out against the best of the best. He's still up there with the best of 'em.

No I disagree. Judah is still a top 10 welter and can probably hang with anyone top 10. And liable to beat anyone from 5-10.

Damn, you guys are seriously still hooked on Judah, aren't you? I feel like I'm reading Tyson fans. Judah is so mentally ***ed, he has no potential with the big punching elites. Sure, he might outbox another Spinks down the road, but nothing like Margarito, Cotto, Mosley, or Williams. I'd give Judah shots against featherfisted fighters, but against big punchers, I give Judah no chance. He freezes a lot and fights in too little spurts to make anyone stay off him long enough. If he's gonna get back in the game, he's gotta rework his entire gameplan.
