Ok, the russian sources are telling that it is either not very serious(some minor spine problems that do NOT need surgical intrusion) or it is comepletely fake, since the sources are very doubtful.

Yeah, this info originally comes from one of the russian yellow papers(tabloids) and it is basically about Vitaly having one of his spinal discs(hope I am using a correct translations) popping out a bit and his physicist putting it back on a spot. There was no surgery nor vitaly was rushed into a clinic.
