Nobodies fault but his own. And seeing how Jermain has been fighting to the level of his competition lately, he probably would have held his own. Calling a fight off because of where its located at is ***** ****.

Not necessarily. Mora has the right to back out of a fight for any reason he wants. I hate that he did it, but I HONESTLY doubt he backed out, due to fear. Jermaine Taylor doesn't scare me.. lol.. I mean that. And I'm not a professional boxer. Certain fighters make you wanna back out of fights, Jermaine isn't the type. Fighters back out for money, and it's no big deal.. Reasons are reasons. Can't judge a man, properly, unless you're in his shoes.

As far as the layoff. Can't be healthy. He needs to cling on to the momentum he had and try to attach that Ouma fight as an undercard to the next available PPV, ASAP. I REALLY liked the matchup.

dammmit, im really dissappointed, and judging by the great shape kirkland and angulo were in(sergio mora's sparring partners...by the way, its sparring, but mora beat angulo 9-1 rounds according to a report by Doug Fischer...), i think mora was in tip top shape, ready to do a better performance against Ouma than Taylor did........i hope they put it in either the undercard of barrera-pacquiao or pavlik-taylor....but i think theyre talking of putting it on the cotto-mosley undercard but thats till ****ing november...

The september 15 fireworks card was canceled due to an injury suffered by Marquez, and the ouma-mora fight was in the undercard so it has been postponed....

i personally think HBO and GoldenBoy should have dropped the PPV and make this a triple header BAD card... after all, if Malignaggi vs Cherry/Powell vs Smith/Berto vs Bravo can be a BAD card, why not Ouma vs Mora/Forbes vs Bojado/Guerrero vs Honorio???????

I have to concur, they need to put this on the undercard of a SEPTEMBER bout, we need more fights this month for this month which, oddly enough, was pretty stacked with good matchups. I also wanted to get your points, which will be pretty fun to hold over you, I guess I will just have to wait a little longer for that.
