Witter wins big for me in this one.

PRboxingfan......how can you suggest Malignaggi is the best in the world at 140 EVEN if Hatton came back to the division. What has he done to prove that?

To me, Malignaggi is underrated rather than overrated like some in here would imply. Paulie has excellent footwork and stamina that will make him hard to beat by anyone currently at 140....you can't hit what you can't catch and IMO Witter won't be able to catch Malignaggi.
