    Better legacy/resume?

    Carlos Baldomir or Antonio Margarito?

Baldomir beat Judah, Gatti, Clottey and about 7 opponents with good, either undefeated or only 1 loss resumes. Got in the ring with Mayweather, and had an exetremely exciting loss to Vernon Forrest, a fight in which both men traded massive shots. Also won upset of the year for defeating Judah.

Margarito beat Clottey, Lewis, destroyed Cintron and beat a few other decent fighters. Exciting losses to Santos and Williams.

Well? Whos got the better resume?

Carlos "Cinderella man" Bladomir has a better resume IMO. He was the the UNDISPUTED welterweight champion while Marg was just a title holder. In a few years that might change considering Baldo retired and Marg is still fighting and adding to his resume, but at this point an time Baldo's is better.

P.S. Whoever wrote what is in your sig must be a sexy beast.

        i would go with baldomir
thats why i dont understand why pbf got so much flack for fighting him instead of fighting margarito
baldomir had the better resume, recognized undisputed welterweight champion and was the better fighter, and floyd made more money fighting him as well

Baldomir is not a better fighter than Margarito. I'd like the two of them to get it on but I doubt that Baldomir's fat ass can still make 147. Actually, that's a crazy match-up since both of them have heads built of cement, neither clinches, lack of defense on both sides, they both come forward. Tony kn****s him out by the 10th and ends up being the only one who knocked out the unknockoutable Baldomir. It's just a bad match-up for Tata.

at this point in margarito's carrer, i'd say Baldomir. but Margarito still has a lot of fight left in him unlike Baldomir (retired), so Margo can rack up some big wins in the near future... who will margarito fight next?

Ok come on Feather Fists Baldomir better? Why because he fought PBF...get real other than what you mentioned
(and mind you Clottey was IMO winning the fight before he was DQ'd, and Zab who didn't train for that fight) Baldomir is credited for being undefeated for what 9 years...hell anyone can be undefeated if they didn't fight anyone with merrit.

Antonio fought other guys too don't forget: David Kamau, Frankie Randall, Antonio Diaz, Danny Perez, Six Heads Lewis, Hercules Kyvelos, as well as who you mentioned Cintron, Clottey, and Williams....Margarito by far people.

Look at the post above yours for my comments and Gatti...get one with that he was done for several matches ago. I can't hate on him for making money while he still has a name but Gatti was so far from his weight division and prime that even mentioning him as an accomplishment is dreadful for someone's resume!
