Lamont Peterson is a pretty complete fighter

No weaknesses jump out. He throws every punch in the book and well. His defense is tight. He fights coming forward but can also move.

Maybe you can be picky and say he slaps a bit here and there, esp. with the left (leaving his elbow down). I think this may have also been just a bit of nonchalance on his part.

How do you think he can be beaten?

He doesn't posses great knockout power. Other than that yeah, he throws every punch the way its supposed to be thrown. He keeps his hands up after every exchange.

I think you have to put him on his back foot in order to beat him. I notice Atlas always asks him to sit back a few rounds and work on his outside game, but he never does or has to.

Sure, but he's tight though. When did you see openings? Like off which punches would you go to his body?

At no time did the thought pop in my head of exactly when and where I'd try to hit him

He seemed pretty good, but I would really have him stop ****ing shouting whenever throwing a punch. I mean doesn't that waste stamina by doing that also. You are using more breathes that way which would probably tire him out if he ever had to go a long hard fought battle.

He seemed pretty solid tonight, but the shouting thing really bugged me.

which one was the better one? Anthony?

Either way, this guy is talented, and he has matured soooo much since the first time i saw him. To bad Vivian Harris lost, a fight between them two is a fantastic fight.

Maybe to soon for Lamont, but idk... he looks pretty damn comfortable in there.

Anthony is better, they are both exacly the same, but Anthony goes to the body more and is a bit more athletic (reminds me of a agressive Roy Jones) and has nice KO power, these two are very talented, even at this stage

You know it's really hard to decide. I think they actually mirror each other. They both seem to be replicas of each other. Which one fights at 135 again? I think it's Lamont not sure. But if it is I think he will have more success their at 135 than the other at 140. Juan Diaz is the future of that division.
