Harris had been down technically once already and got an 8-count. A few seconds before that 8-count he'd apparently "slipped"...but with the closeness of the slip and then the 8 count it was apparent that he'd been knocked down and go away with it.

So in truth he'd already been knocked down twice in that round, then he's fallen badly again (the video). Once he was down on his side it was evident that Harris wasn't going to get up. He was finished, his heart and his head had both gone.

Yup, technically, Witter should've been DQ'd but they'll let it slide. I'm not trying to take away from his KO victory because it was a great performance, but his corner man should be, at the very least, fined and suspended for entering the ring too early.
