Well with mayorga/Vargas gone for this month and now this, the focus is solely on Taylor/Pavlik at this moment.

First Barrios and now Marquez? Guess the boxing gods don't want him fighting on that day.

Numb nuts, this fight wouldn't have done well that's why I suspect Oscar had a hand at cancelling this fight (maybe for good). Let's be real, Juarez had no chance against a guy like Marquez and was a poor fill-in for Barrios....

            Maybe people weren't buying tickets?

Possibly, but ****, why does Marquez always have this ****ty bad luck all the time? I hope they reschedule it to November with a better opponent, **** barrios and juarez, get Guzman in that ****.

My thoughts exactly. Barrios and Juarez, while tested against greats haven't proven much in way of being able to give them trouble. Guzman deserves the shot.

Definitely agree about Barrios and Juarez...but at least Barrios was a real super feather and would've had a chance against Marquez in my opinion. That's why I think Oscar just pulled the plug....poor substitution, poor sales.
