I've seen the fight, and all I gotta say, Witter is for real.

I hate Witter's ****iness, esp. in his fight against Corley, but after this fight, I really think he's a threat to his division. He could be a champ if given the right opportunity in the US.

He beat Harris in most of their exchanges and hurt Harris quite a number of times. He's also ala-Judah quick, but he took some really vicious shots from Harris on the chin and body quite well.

It was a good perfromance from Witter and certainly lines him up for consideration when rating the best at 140 in the world. Hatton's moved up (for now) so its a straight fight between Malignaggi and Witter.

For me this win isn't better than anything Hatton has done though. Harris really aint all that. Props to Junior though. Impressive.

vivian harris is a better boxer than maussa , in the fight between the two harris was winning the fight easy but got tired because he was throwing alot of punches looked like he was trying to take maussa out since the fight started then he evetually got caught with a good punch.
in the fight with hatton and maussa, maussa was winning the fight on the score cards then eventually got dropped by a left hook by hatton so yeah harris lost by knock out but he was dominating a man that gave hatton alot of problems

completely inaccurate, on the hatton maussa part anyway. Why not concentrate on witter and Harris anyway, give floyd and hatton a rest for one thread.

I've just seen the highlights on the telly and harris was pretty disillusioned from the first knockdown, and witter was pretty much in control (his type of control anyway which never really looks pretty.)

I have never really took to Witter as I always thought he wasted his talent with the show boating and trash talk then not always delivering but.....respect where its due, he was very impressive last night and outclassed the dangerous Harris.

After watching him for around ten years he always seemed to talk a great fight then not deliver, of late he seems focused and is a genuine talent in the 140 division. The only sad thing is time is running out, he needs a couple of bigger fights to sign off with and I think after that performance he will get them.

I watched tonight and was pleased to see an opponent who had a fine chance of beating Witter.

Shame its taken until Witter is 33 to face an opponent whose got some talent.

Strange fight. Witter had Harris reaching and eating leather and Harris is quite a bit taller. Harris stung Witter got ****y and put to sleep. Guess the talking ends there.

In reagrds to big fights I know Witter has been bucking for a match with Hatton in forever. May be one day it might magically coalesce.
