I can;t wait to see this fight. I've seen Chad only against Adamek and he looked amazing with the exception of the knockdown. Diaconu is just an animal but I think the reach and most importantly the speed of Chad might be too much for him. I love that fight but if Chad decides to exchange on the inside he'll be down and out no doubt.

I am really interested in seeing how Chad is going to do without Floyd Mayweather Sr. should be interesting if he loses any steps without him. Or am I just giving predator more credit than he deserves.

I haven't seen Dawson fight, but I've seen Diaconu and he's a beast. He's got good power in both hands and he's relentless, he goes forward and puts pressure on the other fighter. I can't call a winner since I haven't seen Dawson, but I hope Diaconu wins (and then Bute)!

i just went to the world cup of boxing last month (ringside) and now, us boxing fans in nor - cal. get another treat. Sacramento, Ca Arco arena is a popular venue of MMA, good move by the Maloofs and don king to bring boxing here just like de la Hoya having Sacramento host the world cup of boxing. Sacramento = new home of championship boxing

That's what's wrong with people these days that are not true boxing fans. dawson is gonna beat diaconu. you probably seen him fight hoye and now u think he's great. just because someone hits hard doesn't mean nothing so i'll bet 3k to your 3k he loses to dawson. he have a good puncher's chance to win yeah, anyone does in boxing but he's gonna get outboxed. so if u wanna bet 3k let's do it.

Given that Diaconu usually fights at the Bell Centre which is about a 10 minute walk from where I live, i think the likelihood of me having seen him fight often is pretty high. How many times have you seen Dawson in the flesh? Less than once? The guys a liability, good skills, authoritative jab but he's a KO waiting to happen, enter Adrian Diaconu.

                  **** your 3K bet.

Diaconu has been a silver and a bronze medalist in world amateur championships. Don't write him off just cause he can bully his opponents and tear them into pieces. Adrian has well-refined skills. As a matter of fact, that's why I used to love Romanian amateur boxing. They have very skilled fighters who are aggressive, busy and tough as nails.
