right, but if he'd met ibragimov in october then we'd have 3 titles with one guy, instead of just 1

Chagaev could beat Klitschko. He has the power, he fought to a dissapointing second decision with Ruiz but I could see Chagaev beating Klitschko by decision or tko in the later rounds. Chagaev is used to taller fighters like Ruiz, Virchis and one other fighter he fough recently I forgot who it was....Anyway Chagaev I could see beating Klitschko 2008.

I think it would be a very interesting fight. Like you said, Chagaev is used to fighting bigger guys but Klitschko is used to fighting smaller fighters as well, it would be a very interesting fight. Don't forget that Chagaev is a southpaw as well, would be very interesting to see how their fight would play out stylistically.

No, the WBO lineage is all ****ed anyway. Chagaev-Wlad is a Ring #1 vs. #3, and thus possibly for the Ring Title!

u know what i'm gonna put this one out there. Chagaev is better then Peter, Peter is just a bruiser no real style or foot work. Chagaev actually box's and has alot better wins on record then Peter. Chagaev is #2 in the world.

chagaev imo is one of the only heavyweight's that i would say has a chance of beating wlad, just annoying that he didnt fight sultan that would have been a good fight.
