I think Taylor's going to prove a lot in this fight, and he'll beat Pavlik. His last two fights were not up to par for a fighter of his calibur, but I mean, you look at his three fights before that, two with Hopkins and a great fight with Winky, like many people say Taylor deserved a little bit of a break.

Pavlik's got one hell of a chin, he proved that against Miranda, but I think Taylor's got this.

Whatever happens please let it not be another split decision victory for Taylor. Whenever it's a close fight Taylor cannot seem to lose the decision.

Taylor isnt going to slug with Pavlik his going to try and beat him to the punch use a consistent jab and get very physical with Pavlik on and off the ropes... Pavlik is to younthful in my opinion and this isnt a good thing, i think his been groomed to this point in his career where he doesnt know his strengths and his weaknesses... In the Edison Miranda fight he had to consume damage that would of put a lot of other guys on the burner before he unleashed his vicious unslaught that ultimatley put Miranda out in the 6th! The only knock i can give Taylor at this point on why he may get beat is because he gets hit to much when his backing up and his been doing a whole lot of that as of late....

Many of us know that Kell Pavlik is a video vixen and watches alot of film on his opponents... Taylor is only saying his going to slug with Kelly so that he can throw this off(what kelly has seen on tape)... Jermaine Taylor is to maticulous and savage to under estimate an opponent and has a Hannibal Lecture type personality in the boxing ring in the sense he seems to switch his approach very seldemly and still remains succsessful and he always leaves the impression he is capable of a whole lot more on the tip of your tounge... So with that he wont just come to Pavlik... he will bait him, with alot of faints and head movements, Jermaines best punch for this fight will be his jab, its something that we havent been seeing a lot lately and i expect even though many say its a strong point for Jermaine its one Kelly P wont be expecting come the 29th.....

Jermaine Taylor is a glorified paper champ. He has no chance of winning this fight. The fact that he was badly hurt by Hopkins and Wright(who are average punchers at best) shows me that he has an average chin, not to mention he was also stunned by some left hands from the feather fisted Cory Spinks and was afraid to engage with him. He also dosen't bother listening to Emmanuel Steward(the greatest trainer of all-time) and I think he is seriously lacking in the HEART department. Taylor has already made his excuses for this fight by demanding a Rematch at 168. Kelly Pavlik is an extremely tough, technical power puncher that will expose Jermaine Taylor for the FRAUD he really is.

Uhhh, do you know what paper champ means?

Considering he beat the man that owned all 4 major sanctioning body belts and The Ring belt, I think he is pretty much the least paper champion to ever exist in the sport.

Taylor has skill, which is why he beat 2 Hopkins (the #2 P4P fighter) and drew with Wright, also ranked very highly.

Everyone, stop saying Taylor sucks... he has the best resume in boxing and a 0 in the losses column, what more do you want?
