I thought about this after another thread regarding Isreal Vasquez and Oscar Larios. Vasquez completely bombed Larios out in the 1st round. You'd think ok, that was easy enough, move on to another guy. Yet he rematched Larios and ended up losing. How many other fights were similar to this? Think Bautista has a chance to pull something like this off ever?
How many rematches have there been after decisive wins?

Maybe if it is a champion getting dominated and having a rematch clause such as the fight above me. I am hoping lovemore ndou doesn't get his rematch.Comment

Do u mean "immediate" rematch? Joe Louis was Dominated by Max Schmeling, they had a rematch years later. George Foreman fought Joe frazier after destroying him in the first fight. Bobby Chacon was Ko'd twice by Ruben Olivares, before Finnally getting the UD in the third fight.
Gatti was Dominated by Robinson in the first fight?Comment
