remember though...some of it could be genetics...

for example...

even at my peak (when i had a sixpack going) i still had a tiny bit of flab around my waist...i couldnt make it lean...it was genetics...

same goes for my dad...he could never get rid of the flab around his waist either...

so yeah...some of that is carlos not working out and some of it could be genetics...
