Calzaghe - Kessler is a mismatch

Calling it a mismatch is pushing it, but I can't believe so many so-called experts are predicting Kessler to win. One EPSN commentator called him "the most complete fighter in boxing today" That raised a slight chuckle with me.

Well, if you will go listening to ESPN commentators.

Is as good a match as there is in the SMW division given the fact that Froch is happy fighting no marks on local bills. That's not to say I don't think Calzaghe is going to win rather comfortably (going for a mid to late TKO as Kessler really is tailor made for Calzaghe) but it's the best match out there at the moment.

Who said that? Kessler is a straightforward two-punch fighter. He has decent power and very good speed, but I can't see how this won't be easy for Calzaghe to come off looking great again.

Sorry I meant TSN, Canada's very own Russ Anber was the guy who said that. He almost came to climax when reviewing Kessler's fight with Andrade. He also said Kessler was one of the top 5 p4p fighters at the moment.

Maybe he saw something the rest of us didn't? In all respect Kessler showed great footwork, handspeed, and timing in that fight. But he also showed some limitations, so it seemed to me.

Or have actually seen both fighters and made an informed decision.

The upcoming so called fight between Calzaghe and Kessler is a mismatch IMO. Kessler is overrated, and Calzaghe will have to much for him in every department and could be over as quickly as the manfredo fight. I don't see this fight going past 6 rounds. So if anyone thinks Kessler is going to win, I'll gladly take your money off you.

Calzaghe is gonna get severly hit trying to swarm or slap Kessler . He will taste straight right too much and end up like the other old guys like Beyer, Siaca, Lucas.
Hell they were all younger men than Calzaghe. Calzaghe will simply not leave his seat for round 9. That is if he has brains left. If not we will all enjoy seeing Calzaghe fumbling round on the canves trying to figure out where he is and what happend to him, unable to stand up.

When he gets up he will face the reality of being beat in front of 60.000+ fans. Woouuw is that humiliating
