    130 Ring Belt

    Is the Pacquiao-Barrera fight for The Ring belt? It is vacant right now, and The Ring says that the only way a vacant belt can be won is if the #1 fighter beats the #2 fighter, or in some instances the #1 fighter beats the #3 fighter. Pacquiao is #1, and Barrera is #3. Does anyone know if this is one of those instances when it will be for the vacant title?

          Well, it's for the WBC International Super Featherweight Championship (according to boxrec), so I assume 130.
