    Attn: The Most Well-Rounded Fighter???

I recently came across a thread that was questioning why there are no complete fighters currently operating in today's sport of Boxing and how most young and new fighters imitate the one-dimensional styes seen in today's most popular pugilists... I'm curious to see who do YOU, BoxingScene members, view as having the most well-rounded and "complete" arsenal out of today's boxers???...I mean well-rounded as in having a good-to-great level of skill in all areas of Boxing, ie. Defense, Power, Speed, Footwork, Stamina, etc..... I for one, view Floyd Mayweather Jr. as being the prime example of "complete" in today's game...

Floyd Mayweather JR., he can go from offense to defense fluidly, can fight inside and outside and the most important thing for a well rounded fighter, he can adapt to anyone elses style and come out on top.

Floyd obviously...Others are JMM and Casamayor. You don't need to be complete really. A lot of fighters like Hopkins and Wright really on their excellent defense. People like pacman teally on their great Offense. So it really doesn't matter all that much

Very true. If you are amazingly proficient in one certain aspect, then you can get far... But, a truly great fighter usually posesses skill in a wide variety of areas

I see Mayweather only as a complete fighter up to 147, his offense would be too weak going into 154 fights with 148 pounds. No shame in that he isn't very tall/big at 154.

I dont care what anyone says, either of the Klitshkos, along with a prime Ibeabuchi, to me, were the perfect fighters. Great defense, Vitali and Ike never been put down, ko power in both hands. Just awesome fighters

Wladimir doesn't really have good balance or chin, whichever causes his ass to go down so often.

I agree about Ike though, what a great fighter he was, before he decided to put god 2nd for a night, and barricade himself in a hotel room, where he proceeded to **** a woman until his ass was arrested.

Anyone know if he was granted parole? He was up for it last month.

                No fighter is perfect...
The question is " Who Is Most Well-Rounded "... If either Klitschko were perfect, then both would be undefeated fighters right now... Ibeabuchi didn't even have enough fights to determine if he was even a very good fighter

floyd can not use his legs and really fight at the same time... he also lacks power i think mosley is and casamyor are more complete
