How come it's not called Pacquiao-Barrera 2?

It's almost like when theres a bad first movie, they don't want to name the sequel part 2 as they feel people won't want to see it again. So instead they just throw in a subtitle to the movie name. It's like the first fight was so 1 sided, they hope they'll catch people who didn't see the first.
