          that was far from impressive, i really think i could do that, especially when im not wearing the usual 14 or 16 ounce gloves while hitting pads or a bag. Thats really thr world record? People probably beat that in gyms all the time and dont even realize it.

            The hard part is convincing someone to record it as a world record. I could do that with three weeks of sprint training. Over 30 seconds I could beat an average now, with a bit of training I could beat it hands down. Wearing 14oz bag gloves if necessary.

                Any good good quick boxer would destroy that record, he was running out of breathe and no really good boxer would tire with only having to do it for a minute.
