    i love how that starts:

mayorga: "yo soy el campeon, maricon!!!!, tu no eres nadie!!!, aqui no vas a cantar como maricon, esto es boxeo, maricon, boxeo!!!

(im the champion, ***got!!, youre nobody!!....you wont be singing like a ***got here, this is boxing, ***got, boxing!!!)

de la hoya: mayo 6 ese cinturon es mio!!
(may 6, that belt is mine!)

Oftern, like with Hopkins-Wright the countdown shows are better than the fights, probably true of 24/7 aswell. Could someone please youtube or ******* it so that us outside the US can see it. Thanks

Anyways, who the **** knows who Kelly Pavlik is, other than hardcore boxing fans? No one, that PPV probably wouldn't sell all that well except for to the hardcore fans. The casual fans probably wouldn't buy it.
The only fighter that casual fans, or people that wouldn't normally watch a boxing is Oscar, maybe Hatton with all the brits, but other than that there is no other fighter than mainly Oscar that can bring out the casual fan.

Roy Jones still does bring out a lot of casual fans even though he's shot to pieces.

Trinidad, De La Hoya, Holyfield, Jones Jr., Mayweather (now)... those are a few, but seriously, PPV fights are usually made if they can catch casual fans as well, because they know hardcore boxing fans are going to watch most PPVs. They also know that too many PPVs will lose them valuable fans. So they have to pick and choose which fights they put on PPV. They choose ones that can catch casual fans (which is why Holyfield-Savarese was PPV).
