I'd say Flash Elorde only because he has stood the test of time, but 5 years after Pacquiao retires I might be saying PacMan. One thing is for sure, no Filipino fighter has made the kind of crossover impact of Pacquiao in my or anyone elses lifetime. PacMania is a real thing.
