I was in the same room as him for about 5 hours, at a libary in Glasgow. I never got to shake his hand as it was a choice of wait outside for hours with a possibility of not meeting him, or come into the libary an just watch him all day. he did show me a magic trick though! And i got his autograph. It felt amazing to be in the great mans presence.

One was Starling-Breland II. How do you think the new 6'2" WW, Williams, rates next to Breland?

Breland..he was underrated IMO. Starling has told me many times that Mark had a jab that was OUT OF THIS WORLD

I met him three times... including one time when we shadowboxed with each other (there is a good photo of us on my website). Meeting Ali -being in his presense- is like meeting no other person

I'm not huge on meeting famous people, just not interested like that. I have Michael Buffers autograph from some local boxing that he was hired for. It was cool, but I didn't stay up thinking about it. But, if I met Ali, I think I'd actually go out of my way to do that. Only some fighters who I'd care to meet.
