I was wondering if anyone is going, or has been to fight at this venue in Atlantic City called Boardwalk Hall I believe. I am thinking of making the trip down there with my brother, however I can only afford the $50 dollar tickets and would be sitting in the top row. Has anyone been to this place, and if so, were you sitting high up and could you see? I am wondering if it will be worth it because I have never been to a fight live before and really want to see this fight. However if they look like two specks fighting I might as well watch it on HBO at home and save the $. Also, has anyone stayed around this are and if so, do you know of any cheap hotel where I won't get mugged? Thanks for the help.
Anyone going to PAVLIK/TAYLOR fight in NJ?

Boardwalk hall nose-bleeds ain't too bad. They're certainly much better than the ones at MSG for obvious reasons (MSG has a much bigger capacity). But I've always found that I'd rather watch the fights at home rather than get crappy seats unless I know the atmosphere is going to be really crazy like it was at Cotto-Judah where people where taking in-house bets on the fight and such. But if you're going to go to AC, I'd stay away from those 40 dollar a night motels right outside the city, they're freaking disgusting and you'll probably prick yourself on some hooker's heroin kit needle when you sit down on a chair in those places :P.I was wondering if anyone is going, or has been to fight at this venue in Atlantic City called Boardwalk Hall I believe. Funny you should say that because when I bought nose bleed seats in MSG for the Cotto-Judah fight, I thought they were awesome distance for the price. 100 bucks. But then the fight sold well and they opened the 50 buck seats which I assume would be what your talking about. But even still, it's not as bad as would be made out to be. Just make sure you have 20/20 vision when your there meaning, where your latest contacts or glasses so you don't have to squint or worry about blurrying out from all the movement going on. I myself would love to go to this fight but I don't think anyone I know around me that wants to tag along
