The paper reports that the show's first telecast is Sept. 24 the final is Nov. 24, which is two weeks before his Dec. 8 pay-per-view showdown with Ricky Hatton at the MGM Grand is Las Vegas.

But he can be eliminated at any point in that timeline. They boot someone every week.

I'm watching Around the Horn... they just talked about him. His photo is on TMZ. Entertainment tonite. Access hollywood, etc. This is raising his profile MAJORLY.

The sport would be just fine.. It would be a better sport because we would get rid of the unknowleageable "fan" ("floyd is a running ***** boy, etc") ..

How many wars has Oscar Delahoya been in? Take All of Oscar's biggest fights. Tito... Shane 2... Hopkins... How exciting were those fights?
Oscar has been in alot of exciting fights. Quartey,Shane 1 and 2, Tito, Vargas,....Hopkins?Hopkins will never make an exciting fight.

bottom line is PB does the very least possible to win the ROUNDS!and thats the way it is.

          tito wasn't exactly exciting

I hope to god PBF doesn't last long on that show but athlete do very well on that show... it is all about attention for the fight, it really sounds like an Oscar type move aka "old greedy"

Ricky can't win now. If he beats PBF, then he wasn't taken seriously, and a rematch will be demanded.

If he loses to PBF, then he is so bad that PBF can train for dancing and train for Hatton part time and still beat him.

This is a good decision for Mayweather - even if he gets beat he doesn't lose too much face. And will most probably get a rematch (and another massive payday).

I hope Ricky knocks him out good and proper, and no rematch is granted. That would be the perfect outcome.

I hope PBF dances himself out, and Hatton puts his fist through his head.

From what I got from what Floyd said is this. "I'm going to beat down Hatton easily, why overtrain when I have the opportunity to do something big?" Floyd will be in shape, to think that just because hes going to do a dancing show that he will come to the fight out of shape and not ready. I'm not a Floyd fan at all, but he is going to make hatton look like a bar brawler vs. an elite fighter.

Also. Lets say he wins the dancing show. Then schools hatton, how much better would that make him look?

Shane 2 was NOT an exciting fight. Vargas and mayorga weren't exciting fights. they were punching bags.

                    Quartey was a terrific fight.

And if you say that ODLH/Tito was an exciting fight, THEN I KNOW THAT YOU DID NOT SEE IT!!

Floyd has always said that he has a single-minded devotion to the sport. He trains three times per day. Runs when he feels like it. maintains a great deal of flexibility around the training... right?

We have heard this repeatedly from both Floyd and Big L.

NOW, FMJ has signed up for a show during a period that substantially overlaps with his training camp. That show is STRUCTURED. You have to be there at certain times, you have to practice, you have a great deal of responsibilities. Contestants say that they practice 20-30 hours per week. Add the media responsibilities to that. And Floyd lives in Vegas. The show tapes in LA. Add in travel. Clothes/costume changes. Fittings. etc.

I can add. That is how the **** I know.

I'd be interested in your perspective, though. Without the anger.
