Ray Robinson is a nobody (yeah I said it)

Actually I am talking about "The New" Ray Robinson that was on ESPN the other day. He is pretty tall but he has ALOT to learn (swings wildly, is off balance, not to much power) what do you guys think of this up and coming prospect?

Hes only had 4 fights and he shows a lot of potential IMO. He's gotta tighten up his punches and his defense, which should come with time.

But he has natural power with his wide shoulders. And hes got some good handspeed.

To early to tell anything really, but he could become a good fighter. who knows

Now VERNON PARIS, now theres an outstanding prospect who only has a few fights. Guy has it all

Give the kid a chance, he's not claiming greatness.

yeah the way brian kenny was talking him up you would think that it was the second coming of sugar ray robinson, but the kid does have a set base of skills and physical skills that with hard work focus and training he could do good in his career.

it would be crazy if the new ray robinson was actually a real deal fighter. but he's young and has a whole career ahead of him, i think with the right guidance he can make a good run if he can put it all together, some people have the goods but can't pull it together..............

He showed some good skill from a young kid. Way too early to tell. Regardless, he'll never be able to live up to the name, that's for sure.
