Word is former world champion Fernando Vargas is suffering from a blood deficiency that will likely cause a postponement of his highly anticipated September 8 SHOWTIME PPV showdown with Ricardo Mayorga. A source close to the promotion told *********.com that Vargas was feeling lethargic during training and saw a doctor who determined that Vargas has an iron deficiency, a common type of anemia.
