I don't think Delahoya is a Tito wannabe. I do believe however Trinidad/Delahoya was a close fight but I also believe Oscar should of won that close fight. As far as Tito's retirement neither Oscar or Hopkins wanted a rematch for whatever reason. Tito asked for a rematch with Hopkins after his fight with Cheriffi but Hopkins after saying he would give Tito a rematch at anytime after the first fight went back on his word. Then Tito said he wanted the winner of the Delahoya/Vargas but neither would say the wanted the rematch with Tito for whatever reason. Tito wanted a big fight after his easy tune-up against Cheriffi and the big fights at that time were against Delahoya and Hopkins but neither wanted to give him that rematch so he retired. Not that they were scared but for whatever reason they didn't want a rematch. Tito didn't run away and cry after he lost all he did was try to make the big fights and it they didn't happen so he decided to retire.
