Shouldnt he have been given more big fights?

Thats what Pacquiao did to Barrera and Pacquiao got big fights, why not Raheem?

Well for one... Most felt Morales LOST rather than Raheem Win.. Which is of course ******.. as they mean the same thing..

BUT anyways he did get a BIG fight next..against Acelino Freitas.. for The WBO title.. and Lost..
He has Fought two complete BUMS since..

he lost in an unexciting way he clinched to much.

As the weirder thing is that even after Zahir Rahman won Morales when Pac KOed him he became a hero

I think it also had a bit to do with styles...Morales was visibly frustrated as Raheem wasn't just coming forward and engaging...

I don't think Morales learned to deal with that from an awkward moving boxer

He's boring to watch that's why. And Freitas did nothing to win their fight, but Raheem was so boring Im not surprised he didnt get the decision.

The reason for that was that he was the most booring boxer in the planet, his style just wasnt for T.V

Raheem deserves more respect than what he gets. What hurts him the most, is that he not a top tv boxer and when he does make it on any network, his fights lack excitement. Causing the networks to put him in the back burner

raheem is boring as hell. people dont want to see boring ass boxers they want to see true blood and guts warriors. no one would pay to see raheem just like no one pays to see mayweather. they are boring. even if morales lost 10 straight people would still pay to see him because he is an all action fighter who gives the fans great fights.

Mayweather earns millions for fighting one fight. To say no one pays to see him is just biased nonsense
