      Everytime I see Cotto spar he's mostly backing up and working on his defense. How does he turn it around come fight night is beyond me. It's only natural that if you're stalker that's whay you're gonna practise at the gym. I don't know about you guys but this part of his training really surprises me, and what's even more astonishing is that he gets better and better with his new style of seek and destroy.

        cotto has the most boring work out sessions I ever seen lol it's not hard to tell he saves all his excitement for fight night

          his training never seemed too intense to me either and hes always in sick shape, they must really have it all worked out

            Its an unusual training technique because I've never seen him hit with speed in training. He always does everything slow and with the right technique.
