Sadly I doubt it will happen.. I am 100% convinced Floyd Mayweather will NEVER take a fight he has even the most remote chance of losing..

Or if he does fight a fighter who COULD have beaten him.. he makes sure Said fighter is past his prime..

I think 1 guy who can definetly take Mayweather is Cotto.. It would seem from certain Comments by Floyd.. that he is also AWARE of this.. So the Fight that would TRULY make me Happy.. will prolly never happen..

On Topic.. I would love to see Floyd Lose.. If it's Hatton.. Great..it dont really matter who does it..

As a Boxing Fan I think The new Floyd that would emerge from a Loss would be Good for the sport if it renews his Passion for the Game.. and not just the $...

Dirty tactics are fine. Look how far they've brought Hopkins.

I would be happy to see Floyd more humble but I just can't see Hatton being the man to do it.

Please remember that PBF is also quite capable of playing dirty. Any savvy ring veteran is: Toney, Casamayor, Hopkins. These guys know all the tricks. So does Floyd.

PBF elects not to use them (except for the elbows) because a bit of distance is usually his ally in a fight. But if you want to come inside, he is more than willing to offer you the Jesus Chavez treatment.

I anticipate that when Hatton tries his inside mauling tactic, PBF will use that forearm to create a bit of space, and he will **** RH with uppercuts and hooks to the body.

As Urango showed, the old boxing cliche is true: guys who like to go to the body hate to TAKE it to the body.

But Ricky is a great, undefeated fighter in his prime. And if PBF can beat him, then Floyd deserves a place in the pantheon of boxing.

bit like when Holyfield got whooped by Lewis, on to topic ill be very happy if Hatton wins, i think if he does win it will be in the later rounds i don't think he will get a chance to land a flush body shot vs Mayweather in the early rounds. Should be a great fight anything can happen thats why i love this match up, im expecting this to be Mayweather's hardest fight, Hatton will make him work all 12 rounds. Slightly worried by cuts, but Ricky has one of the best cutmen in the business.
