I don't think he's underestimating The Killer,it's cause he hasn't proved himself to be elite!

he wouldnt beat cotto. He could hurt cotto but if he didnt put him away then cotto would hunt him all night and eventually break his heart and finish him with a shot similar to hopkins vs de la hoya.

If Cintron beats a top WW and gets a shot at Cotto I think the fight is a lot closer than you will expect. Cotto has a habit of being caught by wild shots and has been down on lesser right hand shots than Cintron throws. It would be an amazing fight that would end in a brutal KO but I give the edge to Cotto. Based simply on the fact that Cintron is starting from scratch again and has no amazing talents on his record.

            Come on now...

Welterweight Hearns is damn near unbeatable. He would keep his distance from Cintron and eventually take his head off with that beautiful right.

Hmm.. don't right off Cintron too fast just because Hearns is long retired. (a habit is to look back at the rosey past and immidiately blow off the current fighter).

Currently Cintron, i think no. Give him some more fights and i reckon he'd be in with a really good chance. The proof in the pudding would be in a rematch with Margarito.

I actually think Cintron would KO Cotto. Not because Cotto has a weak chin, but because he leaves himself vulnerable far too often, and Steward would create the perfect game plan for that.

Steward is the X factor in that fight, he's an amazing trainer.

I Never Stated That I Believed Cintron Would Beat Hearns..... Tommy Would, In my Opinion, Beat Cintron, Yet Cintron Could At This Point In His Career, Could Put Up A Legitamite Counter Offense That Would Eventually Be Overpowered By The Hitman... Yet, In Due Time Cintron Will Make This Argument Seem Very Legit In Terms Of Chances Of Victory... The Reason This Was Mentioned Is Because I View Kermit Comparable To Tommy In His Unusual Height For The WW Division and His Ability To Strike With Strength Well Above His Weight Class.... Cintron Is Also Hones His Boxing Skill With The Very Same Master Trainer Who Created Hearns, Emanuel Steward... I Was Seeking A View On If Potentially This Could Be A Fair Contest

Is this a joke? although a fan of Cintron, he doesn't even make it past round three in this fantasy fight.
