For the first half of 08 Oscar vs Winky should be a pretty good fight. I would have to give the W to winky though, although he gets hit more than usual these days.

I'd rather see Oscar fight anybody other than Wright. After their last performances I think both Hopkins and Wright should have their hormone extracts turned into sleep medication.

Oscar will chase Wright all night long, trying to find a target. Wright will block most of Oscar's shots on his gloves and counter him. Oscar will flurry with little to no effect while the crowd goes ape**** and it'll probably end in a split decision for Wright.

No matter who wins we'll all lose because if Wright wins, Oscar will ***** and cry about thinking he won the fight. And if Oscar wins Wright will ***** and cry about being cheated.

I don't want to see this fight.

Oscar vs. Wright would be boring with Winky getting a UD. DLH should have went after a rematch with Tito, it would have been the best thing for both fighters. Tito would be bigger, but Oscar would be a bit faster. At their age, it makes sense and it would have sold very well.

I still don't understand why people want to see that rematch. Both guys are out of their prime, Tito even more so than Oscar. We all know Oscar won the first fight 116-112, 8 rounds to 4 dancing away the last 4 rounds. Prior to the 9th round Oscar was taking Tito to the cleaners and had he not thrown away those 4 rounds it would've been a shutout.

The record book will always have a W for Trinidad, but any boxing fan with half a brain knows that Oscar dominated that fight.

That's why I think this fight is the best fight for both fighters, their both out of their primes and the match up would be at least even in terms of age etc.

Last I heard, both the Trinidad and Wright fights aren't going to happen because the weight differential is too big for ODLH.
