Tito has the morning spirit!!
Felix “TITO” Trinidad has already started running in the morning. Tito and his father ran for about 50 minutes around San Juan’s Central Park. Tito has already stated to condition his body to build muscle strength with weight training, supervised by Ismael Morales and running in the afternoons to build up stamina.
Now that his body is getting used to running, they will start morning runs.
“Running always help, but to really get in shape, you need to run in the early morning and fasting. That’s the key, because you get up and your stomach is ready to running. If you feel any stomach pain its not because of bad indigestion. Your stomach is empty, so if you feel pain its because your body aint right and its off on timing” Papa Trinidad
“ What people need to know is that, when you live healthy, your body will respond no matter what, if you don’t live healthy when away from Boxing. Its really hard to do the work needed” Tito Trinidad
