These are the best "boxers" from Mexico currently IMO. Brawlers like Margarito and Ponce de Leon are cool, but nowhere near the top of this list.

i agree with your lsit except Montiel, Montiel is a bum, a 40 year old guy with 5 losses was outclaassing him with defense alone.... he was ****ing lucky that guy had no chin.....

I don't think Montiel is a bum at all. I don't mean to talk crap, but anyone that calls a professional fighter a bum is messed up, especially the ones who have never boxed themselves. Without knowing your background, I can't comment on you specifically.

Still, Montiel is world title holder and a very skilled boxer. Even the great ones have bad days when the supposed easy opponent gives them all they can handle. "Cochulito" Monitel is still one of my favorites.

i guess my mexican brothers (and sisters including hecky) would always claim they have the better boxers all around, i guess theyre too many so lets narrow down the list to just 5...
