Lewis and Bowe have unfinished buisness!

Lewis vs Bowe IMO is one of the all time matches that needed to happen but didn't. Time for these boys to strap 'em on one last time and go at it before they turn old and grey.

Who's with me on this fight should've happened?

Way too late, amigo, way too late.

All this event would need is Howard Finkel introducing the contestants "at a combined age of 81 years old and a combined weight of nearly 600 pounds."

Lewis could probably STILL dominate many of the top Heavyweights. lol

Bowe was finished in 1996. I'm surprised he can still throw a jab, let alone make the comeback that has been touted.

Lennox would have outclassed him. I think that the Olympics showed Lewis' potential dominance even though you try to not put too much faith in the amateurs. THat said, given that Bowe pretty much avoided him at all costs, you can tell he knew that Lennox had his number. Would have been entertaining though

Yeah, the boat for this fight set sail a long time ago.

I do wonder why Bowe was so intent on ducking Lewis. I understand he got dominated in the ams, but the pros is a different story.

Probably would have happened anyway back in the day (the 5 round or less stoppage). I actually was never really all that impressed by Rid**** Bowe, at least what I have seen of him in the past. Yeah, he was good, but I think Lennox Lewis is just better by a wide margin.

i think if bowe had got in with him straight after winning the title he would have had a good chance, lewis was not as good back then and i could see bowe at least having a very good chance. it would have made a great trilogy with bowe winning the first fight imo and lewis winning the two fights after that. but now its completely pointless.
