    Moorer Continues Comeback

Former two-time heavyweight champion Michael Moorer (50-4-1, 39 KOs) did what he said he would -- crushing the previously unbeaten, but suspect Rich Boruff (17-1, 10 KOs) inside of one round via the three knockdown rule.

Former heavyweight champ Evander Holyfield squared off in a charity event with WBA Executive Vice-President Gilberto Jesus "Gilbertico" Mendoza. The conditions of the match were that $50 would be donated for every punch Mendoza threw against the "Real Deal." It ended up being s spirited exhibition with Mendoza pressuring Holyfield for all three rounds. In the end, a revved up Mendoza was credited with throwing 300 punches, thus raising $15,000 for the K.O. Drugs effort as well as Evander Holyfield's foundation.

Why did Bowe go off on that guy in your sig?

Im not taking Moorer's comeback seriously yet, but all credit to him for getting two knockouts in a row.

IMO Moorer is one the more underated heavyweights. Hes had a lot of mental issues ala Tyson and when stable he was a deadly fighter.

His brawl with Bert Cooper was a great fight.

Moorer should stay retired. His speech is already bad, why damage himself more? Same with Evander.

I have always liked Moorer, but maybe a comeback at this point is ill advised.

I've always liked Moore but theres no doubt that he's done as a fighter. I remember watching him against some Cuban Cruiserweight a few years ago, even Shannon Briggs would have been embarrassed at his punch output in that mother****er.
