Definitely Cory Spinks. Forrest can dominate the 154 division, why not start against one of the premier guys at that weight?

Forrest wants to fight Mayorga regardless of whether Mayorga beats Vargas. I think Forrest would destroy Mayorga this time around. Some say Forrest got robbed the 2nd time. Forrest has smartened up, there's no doubt he'd clinic Mayorga if he gets a 3rd chance.

I think Mayorga will KO Vargas and it will set up a bout with Forrest. I think that's the only fight Forrest wants. He really upset that his only loses came from him. Last night on FNF he said if they fought again that he would definitely KO him and I agree

There's no TV for SPinks Forrest so I wouldn't count on it. I think Spinks is unofficially banned from HBo based on the Taylor fight and I dont blame them. I think Winky-Forrest can't happen because there is not enough money to satisfy the fighters. I think Vernon just doesn't fight enough and I don't expoect him back in the ring soon which is a shame. Maybe a rematch with Quartey although there'd have to be limited interest in that. Maybe he can lure a fight with the Ouma-Mora winner for an HBo fight
