Maybe not, but the debates were even more heated. It was like HBO's 24/7, but on internet. Literally, every Tyson's step was talked about. Anything, what he ate for breakfast, what color was his ****, etc...

We've had like 7 FOTY candidates,the biggest fight in boxing history (DLH-MAYWEATHER) ,and the biggest fight this year (Mayweather-Hatton) soon

Plus we got break thru stars like Pavlik and new superstars like Cotto

We got the best Welterweight division in years,its on fire,its a golden era of Welterweights

I dont care if these fighters havent 'caught the public eye' ,they have caught the REAL boxing fans eyes,a PPV selling over 2 million buys indicates boxing is far from unpopular,this year has been the most exciting year for boxing in a long long time
