If floyd beat dlh, hatton, mosley, and cotto all in a row you would still hate on him.

PBF haters will never admit that though thats what kills me about the whole thing. Many claimed De la Hoya would KO PBF when that didn't happen they complained about the way in which PBF fought De la Hoya. Just come out and say it yall dislike or hate everything PBF it makes more sense. A lot of yall complain about his fighting style so it really doesn't matter who he beats since yall will not like the way PBF beat them and for that yall will always discredit what he has done and will do.

well see how many threads people saying Ricky is going to beat Floyd?

as well as even if he fought Mosely or Cotto people would say why didnt he fight Ricky Hatton.

boxing is a game the only few fights per year, he is in the top of the game and he choose his oppenet like many of the people who are on the top. Beggars dont complain because any of these fighter fighing floyd is going to get hell lot of money.

abit funny in here because Cotto is still in middle of his career and Floyd won not only on two weightclass but 5 that is double what cotto has.

what happen to the Margarito hype? i see it died away so know you finding another person they you think Floyd ducked

Don't kid yourself, his opponents throughout his career have not been all that. The guys he beat are guys that ODLh would destroy and have no problem knocking out. I'm comparing ODLH and Mayweather because they both started at 130 .No way that ODlh losses to Any of Mayweather's opponents, NO WAY!!! The opponents that they share are Gatti and Hernandez, ODLh destroyed them yrs before mayweather fought them. I give Mayweather props for being undefeated but I do not think his choice of opponents is All Time material as it stands today. I really don't think that Mayweather in his whole career, has ever faced the quality of opposition ODLH faced at welterweight-Whitaker,quartey,Trinidad. Mayweather beat good solid fighters at 130 , fought a legit rock in Castillo at 135, but after that his opponents are a not up to par with being considered all time greatest fighter in the long and storied history of boxing.

De La Hoya never weighed 130 pounds the day before a fight. Probably he had BS weigh-ins at 135 too, but I am not sure about that.

De La Hoya is way bigger than Mayweather, comparing them is ridiculous.

Like I said, they both started at 130, regardless of who is bigger. They both had to make weight in order to fight at that weight so comparing them is not ridiculous.

As a huge Mayweather fan I have to say you make a great point and I agree with you 100% but all will be erased as soon as he beats SSM Cotto Hatton and possibly Paul Williams.
