I get can get with that in some cases but not all. I think you can only do that on a fight by fight basis and not use that as a standard when judging all fights that fall into that category. I say that because you have to take into account all the other things that go into judging a fight such as defense and ring generalship.

Doesn't make sense. If a guy is landing clean and effective punches with a very good work rate he deserves the round. You're basically saying a guy should be penalized for lack of power. It doesn't make sense especially if the other guy only lands one or two real good punches. Its about fighting the whole round not loading up on one punch and feel you deserve the round because you landed the hardest shot.
