    Peters, The New Tyson

As a self employed boxing writer, i am constantly impressed with fighters. But none more so than i am with Samuel Peters, the Nigerian Nightmare. Peters in a way is the new Mike Tyson, in that both posess massive power, and great combinations.

Peters has a head like a brick, meaning even if he is hit with a perfect shot, he won't be going anywhere other than straight back at his opponent.

His power is probably the best in the division. To me Maskaev is the best fighter behind Peters.

Im picking Peters to win through stoppage.

And then go on to unify the division.

I want some thoughts about Peters. Please comment on my blog if you have a few minutes, because Peters is judged differently among everyone.

Peters should just be to good on the night.

peter is not unifying for as long as wlad's around.
peter got no defense like tyson, no power like tyson.
peter's head is built like a brick because he's made to take punishment.
peter is an entertaing boxer but he sucks compared to the elites.

I like Peter, but this whole post is a bit wierd. How do you reckon Maskaev is the second best in the division?

I put Peter behind Wlad and maybe a hair above Chagaev for second place.

He could unify though, b/c when he eventually fights Wlad again it will likely be for multiple belts, and Peter does have a chance.

It's PETER, you imbecile, not PETERS.

You have the arrogance to call yourself a boxing writer and you can't even get the man's name right?

How can you expect anyone to take anything you have to say seriously when you can't even get the simplest, most elementary detail correct?

And it's not a mistake you made once or twice, but SEVEN ****ing times!
