I HATE VINYL BAGS.

I have the everlast nevatear bag and it's decent. You should look for one in a sporting goods store as you can save alot rather than paying that massive shipping. As for something to hang it from... I have mine hanging from a screw-in hook that is used for porch swings and it works fine so far.

Mine is hung in my basement. I went into the ceiling and accessed the big joist beam. I drilled a hole in that, ran a chain through it, and connected the D-hooks to the chain using a carabiner from Home Depot (they also have them at REI or any good sporting goods store).
