Is RJ vs Tito A Legacy Killer Fight?

Does anyone feel that way? Mainly I was 1st talking about Tito. I think he shouldve stayed retired from the jump. 1st off you could tell that his eye was screwed up ever since the Vargas fight. He also was never a real MW. Then he always thinks he can basically come back and fight these top guys with no tuneups. How is Tito going to beat RJ? He had problems with movers in his prime but ever since he retired he's been 10x slower so there's no way he can beat a boxer now, let alone someone much bigger then him. If Tito gets straight up dominated again, then does that start to ruin nearly everything he's done?

Then I started thinking about RJ. I feel bad for RJ because Im one of the very few guys who believe that he only lost those fights because that weight loss killed him and he was never the same. He has since regained alot of his name back. However, if Tito comes back and beats him after what Ive said above then you cant tell me that he doesnt lose alot of his legacy either. This is coming from a guy who believes that you shouldnt be knocked that much for losing past your prime but damn, this is getting redicules. If either guy loses this fight do you think that hurts there legacy. Not from a obvious standpoint of a loss but would you really view them as not as great as you thought they were

IDK man. Tito is clearly past his prime so I think people will understand that but at the same time, if you fight 3 top guys like RJ, Winky, & X, and get shutout every single time then that starts to look bad under any factors. E****ally if RJ dominates him and then knocks him out. Then you will start to hear more people talk about the fights that he did win. They will start saying that those 3 killed him and he really lost to Oscar, he beat a old Sweet Pea, he looked like he couldve lost to Vargas if he wasnt so green, and Mayorga looked like he couldve gave him some real trouble if he didnt start clowning and letting Tito get free shots on him that basically ended the fight.

If RJ loses then people will say that he fought alot of bums and if he wouldve been fighting alot of punchers from the jump then he wouldve been loss

Roy has A LOT more to lose in this fight legacy wise than Tito. If Tito gets beat...so what. He got beat by the bigger man at a weight he had no business in while being 34 and way past his best age and weight (welter). If Roy loses, even at 38, people will ridicule him for ages to come and point to the fact that every time he fought a fighter with a decent punch, he lost.
