it's just lately that Pinoys have gotten the chance to be given a chance to fight in the US... but before that, promoters would not gamble and give Asian fighters a break in the US...

One thing I noticed [when it comes to Pinoy vs. Mexican boxing] is that the Pinoys, at least the majority of them, are open and embrace Mexican boxers. Many are fans of Erick Morales and even Marco A. Barrera along with others.. But when it comes to Mexicans and their views on Pinoy boxers I see a lot of close mindedness and hating [not all but theres a lot of you]. Yes I get it, you are proud of your country.. The majority of Mexicans are very patriotic and are strong nationalists.. But get it through your head [aheem Xcaret] that there will always be someone better out there.. Mexico isn't the only country that produces champions, and because your fighter is going up against someone doesn't mean you have to hate them and their fans.. Your country got owned this last weekend. Yes, its a big blow to your ego.. But you win some you lose some! Be humble and know how to take a loss.

No country is better then another.. and because a fighter may have fought a champion you never heard of does not mean he is over rated.. There are other champs out there other then in North America [to the U.S. hating U.K. fans] And arguing over dumb **** like such only makes you look like a ****ing idiot!

Anyway I, myself, am glad that Manny paved the way for other Pinoys to
want to pursue a boxing career and they are making it in the lower weight classes.. The more countries that turn into boxing power houses the better, more competition more hungry athletes makes more exiting fights and it benefits the sport! Sure some of Pacquiao's fans piss me of and have less then half a ****ing brain, but look at the big picture.. what boxer doesn't have some ****ing annoying fan??... Don't judge the fighter by his fans judge the fighter for the fighter...

And some of you *****s need to learn that because I think Guzman will make Manny look bad or whatever fighter going up against another.. doesn't mean I hate or am being a hater.. "Welcome to boxing" are you on f**kin' crack?! Before there were mexican champions there were filipino champions. Then the promoters found a cheaper way to produce fights, in comes mexican fighters. buy cheap, sell high(PPV). It happens in business all day, everyday. Why do you think alot of American companies go to 3rd world countries to get their **** made. 'Cause it's cheap labor, and when it hits the stores it costs a grip.

How much does it cost to cross the border if you have proper documentation? Not a whole lot. How much does it cost for an international flight? You're looking between $700 - $1200 . How much does it cost to literally walk across the border? I'm not saying this is the lone reason, but it sure as hell plays a role in a businessman's decision. don't you think?

Then Paq came.....beat some big names, some battle tested big names. meanwhile, Paq wracked up credit on flip bum's, comes to the US, and he got put to the ultimate test by Marquez and Morales. Who have had more big fights then Paq's entire easy ass career. Thats why I'm personally sceptical about Paq's chin......Larios pushed him into the ropes with punches, Marquez fended him off with big shots. Morales' old ass put work in too. That make's me think, makes me think alot

Not to mention, he couldnt even put Larios to sleep. Meanwhile, some big venezuelan kid put him out in 10. Vasquez put him out within 3.
