I believe he went to Manilla to train instead of in LA where he peviously was. That said there's no doubt Manny has been very distracted lately with his issues with GBP and Top Rank, and his venture into politics. I think he's still dedicated to boxing but it seems he has other intrests as of late. Barrera is going to own Pacquiao in the rematch, mark my words.
