Recently a lot of people on this site have been giving Wladimir Klitschko a lot of praise! I haven't seen a lot of his fights but I have never been really been impressed with him! The last fight I seen him in was against Peter and he did well but still went down 3 times but I listened to The Boxing Times podcast by John Gregg a few weeks ago and he said he wasn't a big fan of Wlads but since Emanuel Steward has trained him hes really improved and has one of the best jabs in heavyweight boxing of all time and now he really rates him especially after his destruction of Lamon Brewster by jab! Has Wlad improved that much and warrants this praise? I'm gonna have to watch him on youtube.
Opinions Changed on Wlad!

I think that Wladimir has silenced his critics once and for all. He was well on his way to establishing himself as a top heavyweight after the loss to Sanders. I haven't heard anybody talking **** about him since he dominated Lamon Brewster. -
He literally beat Lamon Brewster entirely with the jab. It was an awful fight to watch, but it got the job done for Wladimir. It's tough to tell how good he is until he starts unifying the titles. Beating Ray Austin is not impressive IMO.Recently a lot of people on this site have been giving Wladimir Klitschko a lot of praise! He's not going to be able to unify the division with Vitali coming back. I have a feeling things will go back to the way they were prior to Vitali's retirement, only this time Wladimir will not be in Vitali's shadow. What more does Wladimir have to do to prove his worth, aside from unifying the division? I can't think of a single heavyweight out there right now who has a better track record of performance.Comment

I think you misread my post. I'm not hatin on him, I just said I've never been his biggest fan but then again I've not seen a lot of his more recent fights. I'll have to educate myself via youtube! I thought Peter would've knocked his head off and look how wrong I was! He outboxed Peter and showed great heart picking himself up after getting knocked down! I don't dislike him but I don't live to watch him either! I'll have to see more of him. Unfortunatly in UK we don't get a lot of heavyweight fights except the Skelton, Harrison, Williams, Sprott Slugfests!!dude!this guy is a ****en monster...i think no one in the heavyweight division can and will beat him for a lonnngggg time.hes just too good for anyone and everyone!PLus with ES by his side.WTF are u crazy?hes the **** man.hes been beating guys simply with his monster jab.....dont even hate dude...lame postComment

Wlad was always a very talented fighter and had the potential to be great. He just needed to work on his fundamentals defensively, and his conditioning. Learn how to use his height and reach to his advantage.Comment

He's been winning his recent fights in comprehensive fashion, you can't really hate on a guy who does that. As soon as he has a tough fight the criticism will start again.Comment

His brother Vitali has a chin and is more entertaining to watch because of Vitali's chin and heart. Morons on this website bad mouth vitali for quiting against byrd, yet Vitali saved his career because I forget what happened but something like a serious injury occurred in that fight that he had to quit. It's like this, quit and fight another day. Or fight and risk never fighting again... He made the smart moveComment
