Margarito is the most unanimously hated fighter.

And for absolutely no good reason whatsoever. The real reason is because he's a Mexican.......but people use excuses like "It's because he's unskilled" and "He talks trash about being the most feared and ducked fighter".

Only to cover up their actual hatred for Mexican fighters.

And pretty much every other fighter on the planet. I'll never understand why people passionate enough about this sport to post about it daily take verbal shots at the guys who risk their health for their entertainment. It's ****ing pathetic. I hate no fighter.

If I had to pick out of your list I'd go with Vargas easily. Everybody seems to hate that guy, and I guess some of it is deserved with the way he talks so much ****, but it's all about tickets really. At least it gets people talking about the fight.

Margarito too. I never understood it, I took shots at him in the past but only jokingly. I take shots at fighters but I never say anything serious and I usually mean it as a joke. Typically speaking you can say 5 outlandish things about any given fighter. Margarito is a solid fighter with a lot of heart and a damn good chin. So he's not the most polished guy out there, styles make fights.

What pissed me off most about the Margarito hate was after the Williams fight. He put on a game effort and faced his toughest challenger. He didn't duck him, he didn't make excuses not to fight him. He wasn't "exposed" he was in the ring with a guy with a serious height advantage who throws well over 100 punches per round, and still had the energy to throw 150 in the 12th round.

Does anybody give Pual Williams credit for fighting a damn great fight? No. The focus is on talking **** about Margarito of course....

I think Wladimir has been on the road to making his critics eat crow since his loss to Sanders. I'm pretty sure he finally put the nail in their respective coffins when he dominated Lamon Brewster. There's not much you could really say against Wladimir at this point, unless of course you throw reason and rational thought out the window.
